Prepare and market your listing
Our listing preparation and marketing services include professional HDR and twilight photography, drone video, a 3D virtual tour and a custom property website.
Marketing also includes MLS and 900+ home-site syndication, social media and digital ads. We provide weekly marketing updates throughout the marketing of your home.
Navigate offers and the closing process
Our services include offer negotiation and contract guidance from the first offer to a signed deal. The process continues with contract-to-close management covering inspections, appraisal, title and escrow. Our representation extends through closing, rather than ending with listing preparation or marketing.
Understand the fee and payment
Our fee is $5,995 listing fee plus $795 transaction fee, paid at closing. Nothing is paid upfront; payment is from your proceeds at closing. The $795 transaction fee is for insurance and document storage.
